Genevieve’s Design Studio is all about making good design easy and affordable for everyone. So I’ve decided to skip the complicated licensing stuff and offer Extended Licensing on ALL of our products. Yes, it’s that simple.

So… What’s Extended Licensing?

With Extended Licensing, you CAN:

Use Genevieve’s Design Studio products in personal and commercial projects
Use Genevieve’s Design Studio products within multiple projects
Use Genevieve’s Design Studio products with multiple clients
Use Genevieve’s Design Studio products to create other products for sale (fewer than 100 000 end units)

With Extended Licensing, you CANNOT:

Use Genevieve’s Design Studio products within an end product for sale.
Example:
- You cannot use the fonts for alphabet products or devices.
- You cannot use the text effects template as prints for sale without changing the example element pre-included in the product.
Use Genevieve’s Design Studio products if the total end products exceed 100 000 units.
Redistribute, share or sublicense the Genevieve’s Design Studio products.

Some additionnal product-specific guidelines…

Fonts

You CAN:

Use the fonts in a logo
Use the fonts in e-books, websites (fewer than 100 000 visitors /month), and e-pubs for personal and commercial projects
Use the fonts for slogan based products (apparel, tote bags, posters, etc.)

You CANNOT:

Use the fonts in online applications
Use the fonts in online games
Embed the font somewhere that would allow third parties who are not licensed to work with the font
Use the fonts to create graphic flattened alphabets, digital alphabets, letterforms, die-cuts or stencils.
Create an editable template (logo, apparel, etc.) available for sale
